The motivation behind the launch of The Good Growth Initiative (TGGI) is our passion to help others reach their potential. Throughout our professional journey, we have been fortunate to work with inspiring and demanding leaders who have greatly influenced our own development. This is something we are truly grateful for. Drawing from these experiences, we have come to understand the importance of being generous with the sharing of valuable insights with other business owners, leaders, and their teams to enhance their operations and the markets they serve. Our aim is to provide our clients the tools they need and support with the implementation to make sure all good humans have the opportunity to reach their goals.
For us, Good Growth is sustainable. It is intentional and it does not come at the cost of our client’s, or their people’s enjoyment in their work or personal lives. It’s growth they can take home with them, to improve relationships with their loved ones, and themselves. It’s not about shortcuts, or overnight success, it’s the kind of growth they can be proud of… that’s what makes us The Good Growth Initiative.

Adam is a proven leader of sales and services teams and has previously led call centres in three different countries, with a passion for delivering growth, industry leading performance and exceptional service. He is an experienced and accomplished business leader who makes the complex seem remarkably simple, through the creation and implementation of strategies and frameworks, implemented across cross-functional teams.
Over the past 13 years, Adam has led sales, customer service, marketing operations, and strategic projects in a billion-dollar business, personally leading over 250 staff in his time as Head of Sales, with over $84 million dollars in annual revenue. He is a passionate about delivering results by fostering high performance cultures and creating successful teams. He is extremely capable across multiple business operations and identifies and advocates for the highest return on investment opportunities to improve operating efficiency and effectiveness, reduce cost, drive staff engagement and customer experience.
Adam is an authentic, energetic and experienced coach who specialises in developing business owners, front line staff, middle management, and senior leaders. He is an IECL certified coach anddevelops genuine, trusting connections with his clients and is an expert in cultivating high-performance mindsets, creating intrinsic accountability and re-engaging employees.
